Razor DII Landing Leg System
The Razor DII Landing Leg System is Razor's flagship electronic landing leg drive — the second-generation Delta II design that's built for modern Australian fleets. It's the electric system that lets drivers raise and lower trailer landing legs from inside the cab with a wireless remote, no manual winding, no standing in the rain, no wrecked shoulders.
Australian designed and manufactured by Razor International in Campbellfield, Victoria. The DII fits JOST, Holland, KHitch, Binkley, Maxus, and York landing legs — much broader compatibility than the older eLEG, which was FUWA KHitch-specific. Lift capacity is 25 tonnes. Voltage is 12V DC with multivolt charge input (10.5–30V DC), making it compatible with both 12V and 24V trailer electrical systems.
The drive unit weighs 5.5kg on its own, 13kg with the battery kit. Operating temperature range is -30°C to +60°C. It's IP65-rated (dust-tight and water-resistant), EMC compliant, and delivers 120Nm of torque. The brushed aluminium sculpted housing is tough, clean, and low-maintenance — no stickers, integrated red Razor branding, bullseye STOP button that's easy to hit in a hurry.
Control panel features AUTO mode (one button press for full cycle), manual raise/lower buttons, status LEDs for battery charge, signal strength, and leg position. Sealed Deutsch connector handles the harsh Australian environment. Manual override port (recessed hex-drive on the front face) lets you wind the legs by hand with a cordless drill or hand tool if the electrical system fails.
Fully compatible with the Razor Connect app (iOS and Android via Bluetooth) for remote operation, status monitoring, and diagnostics from your phone. Wireless remote operates from both sides of the trailer. Operation time is around 1–2 minutes per cycle depending on leg length and load. Battery charges automatically from the trailer's running lights or auxiliary circuit — as long as the trailer's electrical system is working, the DII stays ready.
The torque arm is sold separately and is specific to the landing leg brand and model. Razor supplies torque arms for JOST A400, JOST Modul B, JOST UL500, Holland Mark V, Holland Classic, Holland Atlas 55, FUWA KHitch KH37, SAF Holland Hercules, Maxus, Binkley, and York legs. Check with us for the correct torque arm before ordering.
12-month warranty. Full installation documentation, wiring schematics, and parts breakdowns included. New Age Concepts is an authorised Razor reseller with full technical support and spare parts availability. For new installations, the DII is the system to fit — broader compatibility, better ergonomics, app support, and IP65 protection. The older eLEG remains supported for existing FUWA KHitch fleets.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the DII and the older eLEG?The DII is the current flagship with broader landing leg compatibility (JOST, Holland, KHitch, Binkley, Maxus, York), redesigned ergonomic housing with integrated branding, IP65 weather rating, integrated control panel with AUTO mode, Razor Connect app support, and EMC certification. The eLEG was FUWA KHitch-specific and is the previous-generation design. For new installations, fit the DII.
Which landing legs does the DII fit?JOST (A400, Modul B, UL500), Holland (Mark V, Classic, Atlas 55), KHitch (KH37), Binkley, Maxus, and York landing legs. The torque arm is sold separately and is specific to the leg brand and model. Contact us to confirm the correct torque arm for your trailer.
Does it work with Razor Connect?Yes. The DII has full Bluetooth integration with the Razor Connect app (iOS and Android) for status monitoring, remote operation, and diagnostics from your phone.
What lifting capacity?25 tonnes in conjunction with standard landing legs. This covers virtually all Australian semi-trailers and B-doubles under normal operating loads.
Is there a manual backup?Yes. The DII has a recessed hex-drive port on the front face. If the electrical system fails, you can insert a standard cordless drill or hand tool and wind the legs manually.
