Razor Rollover Tarp System
The Razor Rollover Tarp System is an electric tarp system for tippers, grain trailers, and quarry products. It rolls a heavy-duty tarp from one side of the trailer to the other at the push of a button, covering or uncovering the load in seconds without the driver ever leaving the cab.
This is the current Delta II generation Rollover Tarp System. Available in two main variants: the Delta II (DII) with internal controller (part number DII-7R23), and the Razor II (RII) with external controller (part number RII-ROLL23). Both systems use a solid aluminium drive arm, weatherproof motor assembly, and wireless remote operation. The system runs on 12V or 24V trailer power and includes a sealed battery with integrated charger — as long as the trailer's running lights or auxiliary circuit is working, the tarp system stays ready.
The arm mechanism uses a cable tensioner and spring-return system to keep consistent tarp tension across the load. Operators can reverse the direction mid-roll using the remote, and an emergency manual override lets you operate the system by hand if power fails. Installation is modular — the system separates into components for easier fitment and servicing.
Widely used on grain tippers, aggregate trailers, B-doubles, and heavy quarry equipment across Australia. Saves time at loading points, reduces manual handling, and keeps drivers out of the weather and off the trailer deck. Particularly valuable for high-frequency operations where tarp time adds up — grain cartage, sand and gravel, mulch haulage, and livestock feed.
Australian designed and tested by Razor International. Available in standard, reverse-mount, and short-length configurations to suit different trailer body designs. Drive unit only (DII-R) is available as a replacement part — it directly replaces older D07R and D1.5-R units. New Age Concepts is an authorised reseller with full installation support, spare parts availability, and technical documentation. 12-month warranty.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the Delta II or older Rollover Tarp system? This is the current Delta II (DII) / RII generation. Internal controller version: DII-7R23. External controller version: RII-ROLL23.
What's the difference between the Delta II (DII) and Razor II (RII)?The Delta II has an internal controller built into the drive unit. The Razor II has an external controller mounted separately on the trailer chassis. Functionally they're the same — it's a mounting preference.
How do I know which variant I need — standard, reverse, or short? It depends on your trailer body design, pocket depth, and where the drive arm needs to mount. We recommend sending us photos of your trailer or contacting us for a fitment check before ordering.
Does it come with the tarp, or just the drive system? The Razor Rollover system is the electric drive mechanism and arm assembly. The tarp itself is typically supplied and fitted by your trailer body builder or tarp manufacturer to match your specific load requirements.
Can I operate it manually if the battery dies?Yes. The system includes an emergency manual override. If power fails, you can disengage the motor and roll the tarp by hand.
How long does it take to roll the tarp?Typically 10–20 seconds depending on trailer width and tarp weight. Much faster than manual rolling, and you stay in the cab.
Can I buy just the drive unit as a replacement?Yes. Drive unit only: DII-R (directly replaces older D07R and D1.5-R units).
